useful fan fresh breakfast helpful storage
the room provided a fan which was useful. breakfast tasted fresh and the selection was good. the hotel allowed luggage storage before check-in this was helpful.
contacting the hotel before arrival proved difficult.

great breakfast fresh fruit friendly staff noisy guests cigarette smell tight parking
breakfast was so GREAT, and i could choose any of the food. the fresh fruit bowl was really tasty. staff was friendly.
some guests were noisy at 3am, annoying. there was a smell of cigarettes in the reception area. the parking its very tight.

unattended garden cigarette smell
The breakfast ordering system was a new concept to me. It involved making my selections the day before. It was acceptable.
The outside needed some love. The garden seemed to have been forgotten. There were also refuse bins and a plant pot full of cigarette butts near the front door. The inside had a faint smell of cigarette smoke also.

great quality plentiful breakfast quality towels nice shower
i felt very welcome upon arrival. breakfast had great quality, so plentiful! my dog was spoilt too! the shower had quality towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
the location was hard to find at night. it was not as close to the pier as i hoped. it was difficult to find in the dark.

the breakfast menu had excellent choice. portions were generous too! the host at breakfast could not have been more attentive. it really started my days off right.

the staff are helpful. they are super friendly too! they really cared about making my stay great. i felt very at home thanks to the lovely service.
